Every senior executive, whether the leader of a team or a professional/SME, experiences occasional moments when an external perspective can be very beneficial, and oftentimes this leads to executive coaching, a powerful intervention to assist executives make progress with work related challenges and style issues. Yet, the stresses and strains of leadership are often, if not usually, reflected in the individual’s wellbeing and this is not always addressed in typical executive coaching.
What the MEWS offers is an opportunity for individuals to explore their wellbeing at work and outside work and gain some expert guidance and coaching on how to respond to their challenges and harness their inner resources to maximize their wellbeing. This can be as part of an existing executive coaching process, or as a one-off experience, with an option for on-going wellbeing coaching as desired.
The process is simple:
An email is sent to the respondent
with a link to the MEWS online
When the MEWS has been completed (taking about 15-20 minutes) a Personal Wellbeing Report is generated
A confidential, one-to-one debrief takes place, during which, priorities for action are identified and discussed
On-going support is provided via access to the My MEWS website and/or further confidential wellbeing coaching
