For most high achievers, life is overloaded. Today many of us struggle with feeling overwhelmed and over-extended, and we feel that every day is a ‘race against the clock’. We are constantly playing ‘catch-up’ with the whirlwind combination of meetings, emails, deadlines, family commitments and the simple daily necessities of taking in food and getting from A to B.
Yet, ‘balance’ is not as simple as better time management, but requires better boundary management where we make choices and enjoy (rather than feel torn or guilty) about these choices. When your senior leaders are so busy being busy, with distractions and perceived obligations everywhere it’s too easy for them to lose track of who they are, who their people are and what’s important. This workshop is instrumental to achieving better balance and boundaries.
In this workshop, participants will learn to stop and take stock of their default patterns and daily habits and identify practical strategies for improving personal productivity and energy management.
