Sleep loss hinders leadership performance. Sleep loss is an organisational risk.
In this short workshop, your senior people will gain a deeper understanding into the importance of sleep, and take away practical tips for achieving better sleep in general, strategies for effectively dealing with occasional sleep difficulties and advice, support and referrals for those who may be suffering from chronic sleep deprivation.
